Exhaust/Intake

I know there is alot of stuff on exhaust systems on here, but I had a few questions about a 2500HD 6.0. The pick-up is stock and I'd like to keep the single exhaust just something with a little more grunt. What do you think? Also, are the intake systems really worth investing in? I've posted several threads in reagards to programmers and I'm wondering if I wouldn't be better off putting my money into the exhaust/intake.

magnaflow muffler, K&N filter setup (cold air intake) I would not screw around much with your ECM. If you ask me the muffler sounds good, the cold air intake sounds good / looks good. Do they really add much power ...no. They will add a little bit.

they will add a little. You might notice low end power loss by replacing the factory muffler with a good flowing sone like Magnaflow. the intake never hurts though.
