Blower Motor '88 Accord

Started the process of replacing the blower motor; looked pretty straight forward at first, but I can't see how it's going to come out without ripping out half the dash, any pointers?

Go to the library and get the book on the car. Or go to the auto shop and get a book on it. They will walk you through the misery of replacing the blower. Good luck.
