altima turn signal constantly on

I own a 2000 altima, and today the right turn signal turned on and stayed on, the right turn signal light is on at the front of the car and the right brake light is on in the rear, even with the engine turned off. The left turn signal still works and flashes. When i turn the hazards on the left side lights up as well but does not flash. I checked the probable fuses and they seem fine, is there a relay switch somewhere that could be at fault? Can anyone help? I checked the bulbs and they seem fine as well. thanks

Ok so after several hours of complete frustration i locked my car with the remote and it turned off... made me happy and pissed off all at the same time. but no problem now.

Sounds like your turn signal arm maybe going bad. If the trouble persists, you may need to replace that.
