2000 - Intsrument panel lights

my 2000 Explorer's instrument panel lights where the fuel gauges and speedometer is are starting to dim out starting from the left side all the way to the right. It started a couple of days ago from the left and now is slowing going out to the right, i have to lights on the left, but my headlights and tail lights all work. I check the fuses but they are still working, i've given up, anyone know anything about it, its kinda weird, i thought maybe the whole thing should be out, but its going slowly one by one:banghead:
