Brights!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Ok so i purchased the car and it didnt have any brights. Thinking that it is possibly the bulbs i replaced them and that wasnt the case. Does anyone have and suggestions?

Probably a fuse problem. Check your fuses under your hood. Get out your manual so you know what fuses are what. I am betting one or both of them are blown.
