Rack and Pinion-NEED HELP

Im am an unhappy chev Venture owner who needs all the help I can get. I have a 99 Venture with 120 000 k/m on it. For the last 2 yrs I have been suffering with the rack and pinion problem that "they" say only affected the 97-98 models. The steering tends to lock up when turning left. This is the identical problem thats been complained about, its no coincidence. But Im getting no help in getting it fixed through manufacturers recalls, they say there is no recall on it. What Im looking for is some people with the similar problem with their 99 or newer Ventures to write to me so I can use all the complaints for proof of this faulty steering.
