Prices are similar to the previous account, I wouldn't bother with him anymore.

I wasn't planning on any items of his, but why is he so bad?

BTW why would I buy a model that has $10 shipping anyway. Just go get it here cheaper.

just had my friend win a kit from RYULUK

now we're deciding what to do...
maybe ask my friend in HK to go and get the kit instead of having him ship it..

well i found out the hardway, i knew there was something fishy about it when everything look familiar. Well i bidded too and the email he sent the notice of me winning the bid was the same email sanxler had before. I won the auctions, so i emailed him today threatening that i would not pay for this auctions because of the past history i had with him. He said he improved on shipping and that before he made mistakes by not keeping track of auctions. Well i dont know about that he did make two names in ebay already and screwed up alot of people with them. He did mention he took care of all the problems he had with everyone who bought auctions with him. I told him that i would give him another chance and would only buy one and if he screw me again i would do everything to get him banned on ebay!! ill keep you posted on how it goes.

I need to talk to this guy for a little bit if I do or do not decide on ordering anything. I want to know what IMPROVED means, whether it means 1 extra styrophone kernel in the kit box or a boxed package.

Let me ask you again: wyhy are you getting yourself into it?????? This should be put in the Tips you've leaed the hard way thread. Come on, HLJ and Hobby Search prices are cheaper, and even if they're no, shipping charges sure cover the difference and then some! Be sensible.

http://www.xe.com/ucc/ , the model kits would be cheaper from ebay if there were no customs charges.

I think i will try getting a model from a reputable ebay dealer once and see where that leads to.

maybe if i bid on the cheapest thing he has to offer to try out his new methods... i guess it wouldn't be that bad if its only a few bucks.:o

Yes. And keep in mind that items are boxed and protected quite well.

i'm not sure what the rate is.. last time i ordered 2 kits from HLJ i paided like extra 10 bux CDN.. still a good price for the kits but customs suck!!

now only if i could tell HLJ to mark the boxes as "gift"

Been watching this board for a while, Decided to pipe up on this one.

I won a couple of auctions from him just a couple weeks ago... He wasn't bad to deal with at all. I recieved the models within 2 weeks, but I think his shipping method is still the same, they were just wrapped in thick green paper and tied together with some twine. I got lucky, They weren't too beat up and nothing was broken..

Hmm, he seems to be a bit confused. He is located in Hong Kong, will ship to United States only, and yet he gives shipping cost to Worldwide...

Either way, this ryulukmodeling guy got suspended from ebay recently, so I'm hoping the 4 gundam kits I ordered will get here.

I just recognized a similarity in shipping, cause the kits I got from Wayne Tang were wrapped in that previously mentioned green paper and twine.

No sooner do I mention it than USPS comes by with a package, wrappe d in thick green paper and twine. It got here in fine shape, though. I'm sure the handful of hard little musical packing peanuts inside the model box helped. ^^;
