97 Ford Explorer

Hi, i don't know if anyone can help me here....i have a 97 ford explorer sport trac. after i bought it i noticed that it was shifting hard, i took it back and the dealership replaced the clutch in it. it went fine for about a month then it starting shifting hard again. it was ok when shifting when i was going. but if i stopped, put it in neutral and tried to put it back into gear it wouldn't go. i have to try putting it into every gear, several times, before i can get it to go into one. i have taken the vehicle back and they adjusted the clutch, and they have pulled the tranny twice but still don't know the problem. my boyfriend thinks it might be something called the syncro mesh. if anyone knows what the malfunction is here i could use some good advice. thanks, :confused:

I have an explorer that will not go into gear either. I was wondering if you had fixed the problem and knew exactly what it was causing it.
