Radiator help needed

Good day all, I'm trying to help a future SIL by replaceing his radiator. The car is a 97 jetta, 2.0 stick with A/C. I could just use the steps on removal as I'm to old to struggle or re-invent the wheel. I also don't want to do any damage. Any help would be really appreicated.

remove the front bumper cover and have someone lend you a hand and pull up on the condenser lines when you remove/install the radiator
