Any GM parts people here can help me?

Found a tiny glitch with my 'new' 95 LeSabre yesterday. Right rear door doesn't unlock with front door switches or key fob. It locks ok and it thunks when I press unlock, but door does not open. I think the actuator rod is probably just disconnected from the switch because it is a little looser than the other three. In case I need an actuator, about how much will it cost and are there any places cheaper than a dealer where I can get dealer parts?
