the ZC DOHC will pretty much bolt right in except for you need to change some wires on the fuel injection if you have the dual point injection system.

The SOHC Vtec is pretty easy from what i've heard. Bolts in all it needs is a vtec controller and a couple other small things similar to the Zc

Well if you want to it the cheepest way for the zc swap...
buy a $800 package from nippon-motors.com that includes Engine and Tranny.
Buy or rent the engine hoist and maybe the axels if you need them.
Thats around $1100.. But if you want to do it the right and better way you can spend $700 more and replace alot of the parts that came on the zc. And misc tools you might need and all that.
