Looking into a 92 hatch With h22 JDM..

Clean 92 hatch with a h22 Jdm motor with no fan radiator and they are asking $5400 but i lowered it down to $5200. Is that a good deal? Also Custom A/C?

Are you saying it has no fan and no radiator? Or no radiator fan?

And yeah I'd say it's a good deal, the swap isn't cheap. It all depends on the condition of the body and interior.
