Headlight motor

I have a 1990 dodge daytona es non turbo 2.5 and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if for sure that my light motors r blown. I push down on my head lights and the wont go down and when I hit the switch to turn on the lights they don't move but the lights do come on. IDK if the relays might be shot or if the motors r but I think its the motors but I'm on a short budget right now. And if so does anyone know of a good place close to newaygo county michigan where I could get one or even another 90 dodge daytona es for cheap enugh??? thanks Hunter

My sons 89 did that too and he said it was a bad fuse, I don't know which fuse it was but it was in the fuse block under the dash. If you want to lower themm under the hood there are 2 rubber flaps, lift up the flap and look for a rupper cap, pull the cap and there is a knob you can turn to raise and lower the lights.

Well hey thatnx alot and I will try it. but can u tell me or some else tell me what all the fuses r cuz lol the guy that I got the car from put a some shit on the cover so u can't read what the fuses r.... thanx Hunter

Maybe you'll find some info here or just pull each fuse and check them.
