extra remotes

Any ifo on how to program an extra remote for a 2001 tracker

Just did it today! Install a jumper wire w/ 5amp fuse in it between slot 8 and slot4 on data link connector (right side of steering wheel under dash). Locks will lock and unlock. Within 1 minute press lock and unlock buttons on remote simultaneously and wait about 15 seconds. Locks will cycle through lock and unlock, remove jumper wire. Remote should work, at least mine did. I believe you can install up to 4 remotes with no problem after that they drop off in order of programming
