Xb Accessories

I am getting an 06 xb here in a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on some accessories. I am getting the 5 speed manual and leaving it mostly stock. I don't want to be in the fast or the furious or anything like that. I am planning on getting the cargo cover, floor mats, and rear bumper protector thing. I am curious about the sport shifter, cold air intake and the trd air filter... Anyone have any experience with any of these products? I mean the cold air intake costs $400 is it worth it? If I buy say a K & N kit will that void my warrenty? Ok any replys are welcome!

I wouldn't get any trd stuff really, its too overpriced, one guy got good results with the trd air filter though, I'm not sure about the cold air intake though I drove one that had the intake, and exhaust I didn't notice a difference other then a ricey sound from the exhaust, stuff is too expensive and I have a discount with toyota
