03 malibu a/c

I have aproblem with the a/c on my 03 malibu it really never seems to get cold like it should dealer says it is working properly at least 3 times. Does anyone else have this problem

Put a thermometer in one of the ducts, I believe the temp should at least 20 deg lower than ambient. But it is usually more than 20 deg, 20 deg should be minimum.

mine does the same thing. the manual says there is some sensor that switches the intake for the a/c.. So everytime it gets warmer I have to hit the recirculate button,, also my Chevy venture work van does the same.. weird, I are going to have to try the thermometer trick as well.
