I have a 2003 grand am that is having problems starting. Something to do with the security system. I go to start it and it does nothing. Two different dealerships have told me two different things. 1. Try to start it and if it does not start just let go of the key (not turning it to off) and let it sit for 10 minutes. 2. Turn the key to off for ten minutes then it will start. neither of these are working. HELP
