Best Light Bulb

What is the best lightbulb or headlight you guys have used in your Metros? I want something with a little more brightness than the standard low beam. I know those "Xenon-like" bulbs which only replace the current bulb don't really work, so I'm wondering more about either something you get at Autozone (like the Sylvania Silverstar) or maybe something else.

Mine ('96) suck, too, and I'm ready to just add some auxiliary driving lights for $30-40.

I installed a set of the Sylvania white-light headlights. Noticeable difference in illumination. Just be sure to periodically wipe off the lenses in sloppy weather.
