Any Ideas?

I have a 89 Ford Econoline, 6.4 or 6.9 Liter V6.. All factory specs on it. Runs alright still needs parts here and there. But I really wanted to get a custom paint job done to the thing. I want it to be painted like the Scooby Doo Van! I live in South Jersey and can't find places to do it. Im not looking towards Macco services because of what I hear from them. The cost isn't a matter to me! This is going to be my muscle car..hahaha... Plus I looking to change the engine in the future... I want more HP... What types of engines could I possibly fit in the beast? Thanks..
