Fuel Inj fuse

I am helping a friend work on a 2002 ZX2 with a 4 cylinder, not sure of the engine size but the engine code on the vin is a 3. The engine will run just fine at idle but as soon as the engine is reved to about 2800 rpms the 30 amp fuel inj fuse on the engine compartment fuse panel will blow and the engine will die. It will do this wether you are driving down the road or sitting still with the transmission in park. Has this happened to anybody, or does anybody have a wiring diagram for this circuit?
