97 GMC Sierra Armrests

I have bucket seats in front.

My armrests are falling off on both seats.

How can I tighten them up?

I pulled back the cloth on seat...a stud goes thru metal bracket.

The actual armrest is completely sewn up with no opening to a nut etc that holds them on.

I need to fix this before they fall off entirely....
