yeah its removable. should be a small bolt that connects it to the outer lip of the muffler.

that is an adjustable silencer just take it out.

you dont need a cat back your gonna lose alota Low end doing that. and if you want to go that route anway buy a mufler and do custom pipe its a little cheeper. (by about 50/70$)

you won't lose any lowend power by putting on an exhaust unless you go with a dual exhaust setup. however, you won't gain much with a single exhaust.

thats true for the V6, but it will happen on the 4 banger.
