Lid or Cover

I know this kinda sounds stupid but what do u guys think i should get a lid or a car cover. I have $200 and everytime it rains the t tops leak and i feel frustrated when it rains. I was thinking about a new lid and was looking into it for a month now.

take the $200 and buy t-top seals.
