Help with Rims needed.

I need some help.....I am having trouble finding a real nice looking set of rims for my silver 2001 C240. At first I was positive that I wanted chrome however now I'm unsure.
The rims I was considering were the Armano Dunamis chrome but they only come in 18's or 20's. Ideally I'd like 19's but it seems that selection is slim for 19 inch rims. I have 2 main questions:
1. Can I fit 20's on my car without problems?
2. Does anyone have any suggestions for me on what set of rims may look good. I want to keep the price below $3000.
