My 1997 GTP has 205,000 miles and still goin strong. Just discovered my wiper fluid res has a leak where the wiper moter fits into a ruber "gasket" or "grommet" type reciver. This rubber "gasket" has deteriorated and is leaking. Does anyone know where I can get JUST THE GASKET? Hope I don't have to purchase an entier fluid resevior. Dont have abone yard close by.
Tried to search for prior posts, but couldnt find any, so had to send in this post.
Thanks,
GPme
PS: Is there anyone else out there with over 200,000 miles or their GTP?
Would like to discuss your maintenance history a bit.
Thanks

The gasket comes with a new washer pump, but I'm not sure if it's available separately. I'll check the GM computer when I get to work Monday and let you know.

I recall going through this same problem. The pump seal is part of the pump repair kit. AC Delco/GM part number 89025062. It is a special grommet and washer seal.
Auto parts stores like NAPA carry the pump/seal for under $20.
I keep a spare just in case but got it off a reservoir at the boneyard.
