idle problems

When my engine gets fully warmed up it doesn't idle correctly, the rpm will drop really low to below 500 and then the engine struggles and dies. I'll start the car up again immediately and the same thing happens. What could be the problem, I'm still running the stock bov and it's recirculated back into the stock intake?? Could I have a vacumm leak?? It only does this after the car is fully warmed up and the temp needle is sitting at halfway, if the temp isn't at half then the car drives perfectly normal. Could it be my air idle control??

check every vacum line you can, and your air flow sensor

IAC or TPS.

Do a boost leakdown test. Follow the insturctions on vfaq.com. Hopefully it's a simple boost leak and thats all.
