Installing Tranny Please Help!!!

Hey all, finally bought a new tranny for my ride and am about to install it on thursday. While I have the tranny out I am going to replace the clutch assembely as well. Just wondering if there are any gains over exedy or act aftermarket clutch if not really looking into modding. Just have intake, exhaust, headers, shortshifter. Also if anyone can lead me to any step by step procedures on how to replace the tranny on a 96 teg that would very helpful. Working with someone who normaly works on domestic cars. Please help!!
