Center console cup holder

Having trouble finding a cup holder for the Center console for my 99 Tahoe; the CD/Tape holder and cup holder are interchangeable. I would appreciate any advice as to where I could find one.

I've tried ebay, and general searches on automotive websites and several Tahoe-only accessories/parts.

I would try a salvage yard first myself... If not, maybe a discount online GM supplier like GMPartsdirect.com
