Couple Questions on Flushing Radiator

I have a 2001 4X4 Troooper w/ 73,000 miles.
What kind of antifreeze should I use in it?
Is it ok to put dex-ron in it if it has never run dex-ron?
Anyone know how the Prestone "superflush in a bottle" products work?
Seems like I would "need" a garden hose or something w/ pressure to free the deposits. Am I mistaken?
Any other products out there that work better?
Is there any reason why I would need to put the trooper on ramps? or can I flush it while it's sitting as is?
thanks.

Do you mean Dex-Cool? The orange "long-life" stuff? No, don't use it unless you THOROUGHLY flush the entire system with water until clear & then start fresh with Dex-Cool. I'd stick with ethylene glycol (green) coolant. You can yank the lower radiator hose and flush with water thru the fill opening for a radiator 'flush'.
