FD3S Project

Yes yes I know I know, the Ertl FnF RX-7 is played out, blah blah blah, But I love FD's and I'm gonna do another one lol.

I plan to go as much RE as I can, Widebody, turbo, Carbon Fibre rear diffuser, so on so on.

Here's what I got so far. (For those who heard about my Bolt on parts, heres a few. :D)

Oh Dam .. I Dont Think This Is Playeed Out At All .... The Widebody Sounds Hot .... You Really Know What Your Doing With The Engine .... I Wish I Had That Experience!!! Since You Are Going To Put A Wdebody .... What Are Your Plans For Color ... 1 More Thing .... Can You Post A Pic Of That Converision Project .. I Know You Said It Droped But I Still Want To See It!

That model is amazing. It looks just great.

Well, I can probly get a photo of the CRX but it's been stripped and primed, I'm redoing it lol, I'll open another thread on it at another time.
As for Color, I was thinking Blue maybe.

Because I want someone to make one the same time I'm making mine, great for motivation. :D

That one fender took me an hour and a half lol.
It's all Aluminum Tape, Cardboard, and Insulated wire.
Pain in the tookis I'm tellin ya.

they sell them for $50 a roll. he got it free. a roll from a mechanic shop. it like aluminum in a roll. sort of like the aluminum foil in my how to chrome thread.

Well, only place I'd know of is a hobby shop.
And styrene is pretty much like straws, just thicker, and come in various sizes.

Well.... I'd have to estimate around 450-500 range.
It's nothing fancy, just a Tri Rotar Wenkel Turbocharged.

Update: I just layed the filler on the passenger front fender, now letting it dry, and I'm starting to cut out the front bumper, gonna work on making a custom one. o.o

cooooooooool, good luck erlx.....and yeah elrx is right... you could get about 450 to 500 bhp becasue there 321-360 startard ... :)

lol dont worry it will, and yeah they are its becuase they have no pistions so theres practically no friction releasing more BHP :)

Cut the rear bumper down a bit, and just need to add the last extention on the rear passenger wbk then the passenger side will be done! :D

u mean comparison modified to stock. i thought you said that you already did the wb for the driver side. the rear wing is nice. so are you going to paint it blue?

Driver side hasn't been touched, and I'm unsure on the color lol.
I'm in progress of making the front and rear diffusers too, also I'm placing the mirrors on the fenders. :D Got the passenger one on, I'll get photos soon.
