Do BOSE sysstem have a security code?

I took my BOSE CD player out of my 1995 Maxima and I put it back in and it says "CD Error". Is there a security code?

no. coincidence i suppose. try taking it back out and smack it on the floor a couple of times and then try again. not being a smartass, done it before and was ok. also try blowing it out with compressed air (but not full blast) to get the dust out.

tried that and it didnt work. Oh well. I'll just put in my aftermarket CD player. I thought there were bose speakers but they are SOny aftermarket so Ill be ok. Thanks. BTW, check out my other post called 95 Maxima(nisaan Newbie). You may be able to help me there too.
