2g window problems

Okay, so my front passenger window as well as my drivers side window sometimes roll up extremly slow, then simply just stop rolling...
Has anyone encountered anything like this?

yes. I went in the door and oiled everythign up. Seemed to fix things fine for me. But you may just need to tighten the parts that grip the window or whatnot.
