Drying time for base color under Alclad II

I'm an Alclad novice but I have picked up that the Alclad Chrome needs a gloss black enamel base color, and the other Alclad "metalizers" can be sprayed over Tamiya TS-14 (gloss black).

So I got Humbrol Enamel and Tamiya TS basecolors, BUT... How long should I allow the base colors dry before I spray the Alclad? Do they have to fully cure?

I was told to spray AlcladII immediately after the black and it worked quite well for me. Also a good idea would be to use as few coats of Alclad as possible, preferably just one. This is what I've beed doing and it has worked quite well for me (also using Humbrol gloss black as undercoat).

Personally, I would let the black base (whatever it is) cure fully before applying the Alclad. For chrome I've started using the Alclad base which cures quicker than regular enamel and gives great results.
