damn thing is giving me trouble again

i need help figuring out what is wrong with my car. a while back i was driving to this restaurant, and all of a sudden i heard metal scraping. so i jumped out to see if i was dragging something underneath the car, but there was nothing there. so i started driving again and was getting that noise again. once i got to the restaurant i popped the hood and pulled the dipstick out and a poof of steam came out and when i checked the dipstick there was really hot black oil. so i went inside and ate and came back out, and checked everything again, and started driving and it was fine. till today. i got that same scraping noise except it sounded more like a sucking noise. and it got louder and faster as i sped up. and then after a while there was this last like big slurping noise and it stopped. any ideas to what my problem might be?

sooooo....did you ever put anymore oil in it??

i agree, sounds like oil

well, i changed my oil after the first time. i forgot to mention that after i ate i checked my oil again and it was light brown like normal. the second time my oil was fine.
