aceleration HELP!!!!!

i have a hei distributor and i think the timing or something os off wat should it be set ofn for a gm 350? i also am gonna put cut outs on my car and i was wanderin were should they b place ? i have true dual and a "H" pipe.

Depends...just call your nearest chevy dealer and ask what it should be.

Timing is on the emissions decal. Stock is usually 0*, and some will argue stock is best, but I like to throw a few degrees advance at it. just don't go nuts.
