Kyosho Brabus Smart car

i remember i made a thread asking if anyone knew anything about this car like a year ago. but it's finally here!

didn't do anything to this car. came w/ full brabus package. i can't take any pics ontop of that table i usually take pics off of and outside is too cold so anyone wanna take a guess on what i took these pictures on?

the tops don't actuly move but they are two seperate pieces. one is the top down version piece and the other is the top up.

Its a Peugeot Partner with 90hps diesel i have make some changes in the Ecu System and now i have +/- 115 hp.

On Tuesday i have catch this barbus and it is a fun street race i have win with a good distance lolololol.

@krunjun i watched both vids. i don't understand why they didn't stick a dummy inside the car to see if they woul've survived or not.don't know how the cabrio's tridion cell would hold up though. pretty cool having a remote control smart car though! and damn was that 180hp smart fast. sounded like a lawnmower. lol

@la if you are going to do extensive modding i'd reccomend getting the maisto version. the kyosho's are just too perfect! i don't think it would be that easy finding rims to fit this car. these are 16" on the car right now but low profile tires. not to mention the rims are much thinner than normal rims. i tried sticking normal rims on a 1/24 smart (plastic kit) and it is hella wide and over the fenders!
@hobbes there's a guy that lives by me and owns one. it's pretty cool. i've seen them a ton when i went to france and some in canada. there was also a mbca even up here where some ppl form canada drove down their smarts including an identical smart to my model except it had red interior. they seem so light that i can lift it up cuz it's so small!
@dubs nice to see your still posting. i still feel bad. as for diecast brabus cars they should make all of them! including lorinser, carlsson, and renntech! not to mention all of the older amgs and all new amgs. lol they should make any mercedes possible!

il get one but yeah il get a maisto version or somthing as i am going to have to extensive work the the chassis etc ........

well that kined of what i did,i payed $25 for the S500 then i payed $60 for LORINSE KIT u know what i mean lol:smokin:

lol. body kit costs more than twice of the car!

lol well i had to get aa cl500 lorinser thats why it was 60

got my aa cl lorinser for 55. wish aa's were still that inexpensive.

yeah why did the price on them inflate sooo much :( i remeber getting my auto art cosworth ...... il post some pics :) and that was £40

@la i heard they inflated because they started to go out of buisiness. so they inflated the price to get more money and they started making their cars of lower quality (take my s-class for example) but they don't seem to be laking in detail in such as the lexus gs that everyone has. i'm really pissed at them right now.

Because my Hobby Shop is wicked expensive. But their selection is great

well this thread has officially gone off topic thanks to the help of g35.
they are making the 500SEC (or 560 i forgot which)(the CL of old times), they are suspected of making the previous generation s-class, and they are going to make the 600SL (the sl body design before this current one it has sqare headlights. code name R129.)

okay thank you g35. nothing else much on the smart. i still left the little protective plastic thinggy over the photoetched smart logo on the front. lol. same as my sl.
