How to remove window panel from 1997 chevy blazer

My washer fluid is leaking in the rear thru the lift gate, not being sprayed on the rear window.
How do I remove the plastic panel on the inside of the lift gate so that I can
re-attach the hose the loose hose.

Its very simple to take it off, just remove these screw on the pictures. They are on the corners of the tailgate on each side.
