I crashed my 1993 SI prelude and the front of the car is fucked it needs a new blinker forsure and a window fluid washer tank forsure how much would that be, ad its dripping some brown stuff just a little bit got any estiamtes, and i guess a new bumper

Don't be so quick to assume that, I once had leaking blinker fluid and it turned out to be the alternator manifold.
Sounds more like its leaking GASKET fluid. Come on now, amatures.

And how do you know this for sure?!!
You cant just have everyone going out and buying expensive halogen fluid everytime some brown smelly stuff that looks like brake fluid leaks out of thier car!
Make sure you test the voltage on your head gasket and check the radiator belt.

Make sure you didn't crack your a/c manifold... you'll leak tranny acid, and well you might as well get a new car once that happens.
