Engine sound help

i have a 2001 sentra xe and I've been hearing this noise coming from the engine. the sound it makes is a squealing sound. i was told that it may be my alternater. if anyone knows what it is could u please let me know?

could be any of your pulleys, your ac clutch or one of your belts........

I'd say it's a belt.
