Cool, now that you have the T/A they'll probably reissue it :icon16:
I love that style of T/A, and have a couple of the original MPC kits of it (builtups that need restoring) and the bodies definitely look better than the Monogram which has a slight roof problem that is easy to fix. If you have an AMT '70 Camaro Z28 or Baldwin Motion car, take a look at the drip rail area and compare it w/the Monogram car. Then look at some 1:1 pics of the car and see how the Monogram side glass/drip rail is a bit "flat" looking on the roof. A few pieces of strip styrene and sanding will get the window opening/drip rail looking right and then all you need to do is figure out the decals if you're doing stock...nobody yet (kit or aftermarket) has done the decals correctly-they're supposed to be a bright metallic blue w/a black faded border. Of course if you're not sticking to 100% stock that's a non-issue. I've got the kit and someday will build it. I'd really like to do a '73 S/D 455 :sunglasse

Excellent! Now you can enjoy the moment after getting two kits you've searched high and low for. But it won't last long - you'll have to dig into them sooner or later (eep!)!

Mmmm that TA looks nice. Zoom's right, a Super Duty one of those would be an awesome model.

Thanks all!!:) Bob, you know I'm not gonna build anything stock! I stripped the paint off the Supra last night and am now trying to decide how it should be built. I've been Googling pictures this afternoon to get a few ideas so hopefully I should have something to show pretty soon (yeah right!:icon16:)

Oooohhhh, you're lucky. I want tha T/A Kit. Like you, it keeps slipping away from me. I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and bid high enough on ebay to get it.
..... I'll even airbrush the stripes on to get the proper fade if I have to... :grinyes:
