Weight of a 97 GST

I gotta a buddy with a 97 GS-T. He would like to get an estimate on what the car weighs, pretty much from the factory. Stock trim and interior. Nothing taking out fro weight reduction. Thanks.

Search before asking. Took me 30 seconds to find, auto weighs 2899lbs and the manual weighs 2976 lbs

I think you got them mixed up...A car with an auto tranny always weighs more than a car with a manual tranny, right? Either that, or eclipse are just plain weird...lol

Yeah there's no way the auto weighs less than the manual.

What's yours say? I have never seen a title where the GVW was even close to being the same as the actual curb weight. I will dig mine up and look.
