I just bought a 2001 Trooper, and had it thoroughly inspected before buying. One of the things needing to be replaced was the PCV Valve. Only problem, is I don't see which one I need. It seems like there were at least 2 different valves used in 2001. Anybody know the part # the need? How can i figure this out?
Here's a link to the website I want to order from, the page with these valves:

I am not sure which one you need, but I'd order it from st charles isuzu if I were you. They'd be able to tell you which one you needed and it would be a true OEM and it may be cheaper with free shipping. Check out the FAQ's for the number http://isuzufaq.ibctech.ca/#faq11 and look over them all, a lot of good stuff. I get most of my stuff from st charles.

Ok, thanks Marc. I appreciate it. I'll be around here quite abit for the next couple months. Gotta get all the little demons out of a trooper that hasn't been driven in about 3 months. Then come the 2.5" lift and the beefy tires.
thanks again.
thanks again.

There are only 2 kinds. One that pushes into & one that threads into the valve cover. You need to look & see which you have. I doubt the original needs to be replaced, as a cleaning usually turns them into new again, but new certainly wouldn't hurt.
