Mk4 VR6 swap in Mk3 Golf

I have a '98 Mk3 golf 4-door and want to drop in a '01 VR6 motor but don't know what parts I need. If any of you have ever seen it done and know what I'm talking about, please help me. Thanks.

dont waste your time. the afp sucks... damn intake change over valve rattles like a mofo
