No "keyless entry" for passenger side? - kinda long...

When I first purchased my 2004 Sunfire from a dealer nearby, both door could be opened by a remote. Just a couple of months later while the car is still under warranty, the lock on passenger side stopped working - either malfunctioning/remote problem, I have no idea. The dealer did not fix it when I first brought it back for a maintenance check-up, eventhough I've mentioned it to them.:shakehead
I requested this again when I brought the car back for another maintenance check-up last weekend. I was told to come back during weekedays as the repair department is closed on weekends, so that's what I did on Monday.
After several hours of waiting, the guy at the service department told me "Usually there is no keyless entry for passenger-side door. I don't think this door(pointing at passenger side while clicking the remote) was equipped with that or has the cylinder either, see, you don't hear nothing. There's no cylinder here. If you want a keyless for passenger side, you must install one."
I knew this is B.S, so I told him that I disagree. I also stated that it was working before but he insisted "see? I hear nothing, nothing's clicking. If there's cylinder installed, you'd hear something clicking." When I still strongly disagreed, he was like "Oh, sorry, I gotta phonecall to take care of over there(pointed at a counter), I gotta go, you'd better come back here again between Tuesday through Friday that's when the specialist is available". Then he walked away without even giving me an itemized bill...:banghead:
Sure, OF COURSE, you'd hear NOTHING "CLICKING" from the passenger side, because it's BROKEN to begin with, that's why I can not get it unlocked/locked with remote anymore!
Can anybody help me finding a spec or an article, or generally anything(other than owner's manual) that CLEARLY states and proves that my 2004 Sunfire is equipped with remote keyless entry on the passenger side door? Any information is appreciated.
Also, any suggestion on how to deal with this ignorant service person?
Should I talk to a manager of service department, or directly contact with GM customer service? Please help. Thanks.
