Range Rover -97 faults and questions

None of the power windows work, nor the mirrors or the sunroof on my Range Rover DSE -97. Does anyone know witch fuse slot is beeing used for this? Other common failures to this? Where is the ECU for power windows placed?

Sometimes I get the book-symbol in the display for the clima control. I suppose I need to read out fault-codes. (It disappear when I turn off and on ignition). Does anyone know where to buy a good system that connects to my car that can help me reading fault codes and resetting them? I've looked at rovacomlite (http://www.rovacomlite.com) but is there any other?

(my manual is in french and I don't know a word in french:shakehead)
