3VZ-FE Engine Noise

My engine is making this knocking noise, which I first thought was a valve lash problem. It starts getting loud after 2000 rpm and somehow is diminished (just a little bit) by engine load.
Anybody have an idea of what particular part/s might be making this noise? Thanks for your replies.
