1999 sebring crank sensor

Can someone please tell me the location of the crank sensor on a 1999 Sebring JXI and how to get to it. I've been told either that is my problem or timing belt, wanted to check it first. Car rough idled then quit, now won't start. All fuses good, have fuel, cheked spark plug wires and no fire. Would appreciate any help
