spring break

seeing how spring break is two weeks away for me i am wondering where to go. my two choices,realistically, are Lake Havasu in AZ or Santa Barbara out in CA. i could also hit up phoenix or tuscon. Money is sort of a deal that is why i can't do something like cancun. i was wondering if anyone has been to Lake Havasu, i'm not looking for the whole Cancun type experience ( i already did that in 12th grade) but i'm still looking for a semi good party place. my cousing goes to school out in SB and told me that i could stay with him. so basically i would have to pay for airfare, food and booze out there. the same goes with phoenix and tuscon, i can stay with people and drive out there. i would also drive to Havasu, but i have to pay for lodging also.

Any ideas?
