Having the headers redone

Hi Guys,

I have conflicting stories from my friends and the centre I want to have my headers done at.

My friends tell me I'm mad to even want to touch my engine and have new headers fitted, as I understand it they rebuild/redo the top of the block, increase the injector sizes and put in new pistons ... etc.

The centre I want to have it done at, wants to charge me about $1,000 but says its a good thing to have done.

Any opinions?

let me get this straight your friends say that if you get new headers your injectors and pistons are going to be changed?
