I have a 2000 V6 Extended Cab with a 1.5" lift on it. I currently have 31X1050R-15 Yokohama Geolander MT, and its about time to get a new set. I am looking for some that don't make as much noise and are not quite as agressive (like and AT). I love the bfgoodrich AT's, but I am not sure how loud they are on the highway. With the lift I have can I go any bigger, or should I stay with the 31s. Thanks for the help!

I have the BFG AT on my 01 dubcab and am very happy with them. They do not work as well as a MT in mud but I do alot of highway miles. From what I have seen they wear well if you keep the balanced. I have no complaints about the noise. If you go to a taller tire your gonna lose power unless you regear.

Thanks Todd, I am not looking for a mud terrain any more, life has changed a bit and I am not out there much, so its more highway miles. I still need that aggressive look that the AT would bring, I just really want to quite the ride down a lot.

Thanks for the info.
